Cancellation Policy
My Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to myself and my business, I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If I don't receive adequate notice:
- 48 hours or more notice: No charge
- 24 hours or less notice: Deposit will be retained, but you're welcome to reschedule for a future date
- Same-day cancellations:
- If canceled early in the morning (e.g., by 7:00 a.m.), the deposit will be retained and 50% of the remaining service is due.
- If canceled within 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the full amount of the service will be due.
- NO SHOW/NO CALL: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged, and the deposit will be retained
If a payment is declined, you will need to settle the outstanding amount before booking future appointments.
